Ever since I was a kid, I have been fascinated by how photography has given us the ability to capture tiny moments of time forever, whether it’s an embrace between loved ones, the final light of the day cresting the horizon, or that crucial second where a game is conclusively won or lost.
I started taking photography seriously back in early 2009, after I “appropriated” my dad’s first DSLR and experimented with the basics. I quickly discovered that I had found my passion, and it wasn’t long before I was spending every available dollar on my own photography equipment! After initially shooting sports and human motion, I found my true love in landscape photography, where the quickly-changing weather and time of day both conspire to create incredible but short-lived natural vistas: images that just can’t be controlled by the human element inside a studio.
I hope you enjoy what I have managed to capture and hopefully it may inspire others to go out and give it a crack. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me via the contact page.
